Processing of orders

We always try to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items will be despatched within 14 days. However some items may be temporarily out of stock due to seasonal changes and high levels of demand, so we ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery. In the unlikely event of any possible delay beyond this, we will let you know straight away, and discuss the options with you.

Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
Some items may be unavailable.
We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, SundayBest2U.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify SundayBest2U.co.uk of the problem in writing to sales@sundaybest2u.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods. All goods should be returned with their original packaging and not have any tags or labels removed (Please also state your Order Number).

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email sales@sundaybest2u.co.uk with your order details.

SundayBest2U.co.uk does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the SundayBest2U.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the SundayBest2U.co.uk website. SundayBest2U.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
