Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery according to the total weight of the order. We always keep a certificate of posting and try can supply the RM tracking number upon request. There is FREE delivery on all orders over £125!

Orders will only be posted to the address of the paying cardholder. Please note that our merchant services provider will verify the cardholder’s address and if the address stated is not that of the cardholder goods will not be usually be sent without further security checks.

All deliveries by Royal Mail recorded delivery must be signed for by an authorised person at that address. Notification of non-receipt of goods must be made within 30 days of order placement. Any goods that are due for delivery after that time, you will be notified by e-mail.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We always try to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items will be despatched within a few days. However some items may be temporarily out of stock due to seasonal changes and high levels of demand, so we ask you to allow up to 21 days for delivery. In the unlikely event of any possible delay beyond this, we will let you know straight away, and discuss the options with you.

Returns
If you find your goods are faulty or unsuitable, simply post the goods back to our returns address (we recommend using recorded delivery as the safest method) in an unused and resalable condition with all tags/labels intact and in original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods your credit/debit card will be credited with the value of the returned item. Unfortunately, due to our pricing structure we are unable to cover any of the postal charges incurred with returned or exchanged goods that are not faulty.
